This place suits me perfectly! The seasonal outdoor pool, fitness centre, and excellent 24-hour reception provide everything I need. I still remember how the staff offered me a hot drink on my first stay. I highly recommend it!

The pool area was fantastic, providing a relaxing escape for my family and our non-service dog. We loved the beautiful surroundings of Bahía Playa Grande, and our room offered an incredible city view. The corner suite was a luxurious treat, making our stay feel special.

For dads, it would be great to see more activities for children in the playroom.

My stay at Sheraton was pleasant, featuring spacious rooms with stunning ocean views that allowed me to enjoy breathtaking sunrises. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring all my business needs were met efficiently. I also appreciated the diverse breakfast options, including vegan and gluten-free items. The hotel is ideally located near various excellent restaurants and attractions, making it convenient for my work schedule.

There was a significant street noise issue due to windows that didn’t close properly.

While the standard room had cozy vibes, the old mattresses made for an uncomfortable sleep. And charging 50 bucks for a well-behaved dog felt a bit off. it should’ve been clear upfront!
